Places To Eat: Viva Las Vegas Edition
Our founder, Shanley Gibb, recently headed to Las Vegas with Chef Matthew James Duffy to attend the International Baking Industry Exposition. And of course, no trip to Vegas is complete without a little food adventure. Between events and networking, Shanley made sure to hit some of her must-stop spots to eat in Las Vegas.
Stop 1: Gordon Ramsay Burger
A trip to Vegas isn’t complete without a classic cheeseburger at Gordon Ramsay Burger. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and indulgent. It’s great for a hangover cure or a late-night bite.
Stop 2: Pinky’s
You can’t go to Vegas without trying Lisa Vanderpump’s must-try spots. We started with brunch at Pinky’s and had to try their signature pink pancakes. A fun and delicious Vegas-only treat.
Stop 3: Lotus of Siam
Known as one of the best Thai restaurants in America, this was a must-stop for incredible flavours and authentic dishes. We definitely recommend you try the ribs, duck and obviously the drunk noodles. Lotus of Siam is worth leaving the strip for.
Stop 4: Chéri
If you’re searching for a breakfast or brunch spot with a view of the Las Vegas Strip, Chéri at Paris Las Vegas is a must. This charming café combines great vibes with even better food. We highly recommend trying the omelets or the classic croque monsieur.
Stop 5: In-N-Out Burger
No trip to Vegas is complete without a bite at the iconic, In-N-Out Burger. Their classic cheeseburger animal style is a go-to and it’s the perfect spot to drop in for a quick bite before you head off to a show.
Whether you’re planning your own Vegas getaway or just daydreaming about your next meal, these spots are worth adding to your list.
