Extra virgin olive oil (Terra Delyssa) and kosher salt. There is always kosher salt everywhere when Randy cooks.

Oscar’s Smoked Salmon. Also one of the best recipes in our cookbook.
Favourite dish to make Randy?
Love to make him a good schnitzel.

Definitely, have to go with crunchy!

Iced coffee, always for Katherine.
Favourite date night dish?
We love a good stone crab date night. Any excuse to have it really.
Wine or champagne?
Champagne. We can never say no to bubbles.
If you could travel anywhere in the world to eat?
Back to Spain. It’s our favourite place in the world. We even went there on our honeymoon.
